Children and adults alike will love this new twist of having a sundae for breakfast. Cut an apple into bite-size pieces. Rub the apple with a little lemon juice to prevent browning and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Place in a bowl, drizzle a little maple syrup or honey and top with your favorite yogurt. Sprinkle chopped nuts or granola on top for a unique and delicious way to start your day! You can make this sundae with any of your favorite fruits. Your children will love it!
