We are so fortunate in Eleuthera to have some of the world’s best beaches, clean fresh air, and underpopulated roads to walk or run on. All of these factors are a formula for a healthier way of life. Best of all, it’s free! All you have to do is to make the decision to get out of your chair and house and go for a walk. The most difficult part is getting started, but once you do, you will realize how much more energy you have and how alive you feel. It’s more fun to walk with a friend so encourage your friends to join you. Challenge each other with a reward for who walks the most during the week.
