A retail company in Rock Sound, Eleuthera, is seeking to hire a Fuel Attendant.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate fuel pumps in a courteous and professional manner
• Clean and maintain fueling areas, including pumps, nozzles, and surrounding areas
• Conduct regular inspections of fueling equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or fuel spills
• Verify and ensure accurate fuel payments
• Maintain accurate records of fuel sales and inventory
• Assist with storefront activities during slow business periods
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Job Specifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service required
• Basic math skills is advantageous
• Must have strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must have physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

Job location and hours:

Located in South Eleuthera. Store hours: Mondays thru Saturdays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm as scheduled.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
