TIPS AND TIDBITS – Crudites: A French Appetizer

Eating veggies can be fun for your family! Serve Crudites, the bite-size pieces of a variety of raw vegetables served with your favorite dip. The Market Supermarket has beautiful cauliflower and broccoli now which are packed with nutrients and vitamins. Break these into florets and serve with carrot and celery sticks and a mixture of red, green and yellow pepper strips. Serve with Blue Cheese dressing or make your own dip. It’s an easy way to give your body the nutrients you need to be healthy. It’s an anytime snack and especially great for when the kids come home from school! Add Sabra Hummus and Pita Bread for a more complete snack.
