Duties/Responsibilities:
● Processing accounting and inventory data related to the Company and its
affiliates.
● Inventory reconciliation
● Inventory counts
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Proficient in Quickbooks especially with Accounts Payable and Receivable
modules.
● Basic accounting knowledge.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and having Excel skills at an intermediate level
including creating/using formulas, graphs, and tables.
● Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
● Experience with merchandise and inventory control software.
● Familiarity with processing Bahamas Customs entries.
Education and Experience:
● Associate’s Degree in Accounting or minimum of three years experience in the
Accounts Department or equivalent required.
