Chop one head of Romaine cross-wise into strips, add diced avocado, tomato, and cucumber. Choose your favorite dressing or for an extra fresh tasting salad, whisk together 1 TBS fresh lemon juice with 3TBS olive oil, add I tsp honey and salt and pepper. Toss the salad ingredients lightly with the dressing.
