While you are at the beach enjoying your next BBQ, it’s the perfect time to enjoy our beautiful water. Doing exercises in the water can help us to get into shape and to feel better. Swimming is actually one of the easiest ways to exercise. If you don’t enjoy swimming, but you do enjoy the water, get in and start moving those arms and legs. The resistance of the water helps to improve muscle tone and blood circulation, and it is a cool and fun way to get into shape. Even walking thigh deep in the water can help. A health tip, you do have to do it more than once to see improvement so use these hot and humid days to get into the water and exercise those arms and legs. You will feel better and your body will too!
