We all love to eat new foods and it’s fun to experiment. Next time you want something different than a traditional sandwich, try mixing up a variety of sliced and chopped veggies to fill a wrap. You can add slices of chicken, tuna salad, egg salad along with your favorite vegetables. Adding thinly sliced red, green or yellow peppers adds crunch and flavor. Add mayonnaise, vegenaise , hummus or your favorite salad dressing. You can also fill pita bread pockets with your favorite fillings. A wonderful and delicious change from sliced bread sandwiches!
