Everyone looks for an easy appetizer for when guests stop by over the holidays. Baked Hummus is easy, delicious and nutritious! Spread 2 containers of Sabre Hummus in a shallow baking dish. Mix finely chopped seeded tomatoes and chopped black or Kalamata olives and spread this mixture over the hummus and top with crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top. Bake 350 for 15 minutes. Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn. Enjoy with your favorite crackers!
